We set out some case studies below –

Company 1 had been told that it HAD to replace it R22 chillers and was quoted £135,000 pounds to do so.

As a company we were able to retrofit the chiller with a drop in replacement, and have successfully been looking after these chillers for 4 years now. We saved the company £130,000!!

 

Company 2 was looking at ways of saving money. As one of their clients we suggested fitting CO2 on demand detectors so that the chillers in this large shopping centre only came on when there were the shoppers and hence the heat load to require them,

The result was a sixty per cent reduction in the running times of the chillers, whilst maintaining the same temperature, an a huge cost saving of over 19000 pounds per annum!!!!
